Where do you deliver?
Include your town or area in your enquiry. Trustline will confirm whether delivery is available, its cost and any access requirements for your address.
What measurements should I send?
Include width, depth and height in centimetres. For beds, add mattress dimensions; for sectionals, indicate the chaise side. Measure doorways, stairs and access to the room.
What should my quotation include?
Confirm the individual pieces, dimensions, material specifications, total price, deposit and balance arrangements, production time, delivery cost, and warranty or after-sales terms before paying.
